1. What is Studio Sakura’s Hanami Art Experience?

 

​Studio Sakura Hanami Art Experience is a soulful escape from daily pressures, thoughtfully designed to help clients slow down, paint with intention, and rediscover calm. Inspired by Japanese philosophy, this mindful art experience is rooted in the tradition of Hanami—the art of appreciating fleeting beauty and living fully in the present moment

 

2. Do I need any painting experience?

 

Not at all. 
Our sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step by our artists. The focus is on self-expression, relaxation, and enjoyment, not perfection.

 

3. What themes or sessions can I choose from?

 

We currently offer the following curated experiences:

  • Finding Your Ikigai (10:00 AM) – Purpose, joy, and life balance

  • Wabi-Sabi Expressions (3:00 PM) – Beauty in imperfection

  • Yūgen Night (7:00 PM) – Depth, mystery, and quiet emotions

  • Kintsugi (Special Sessions) – Healing, resilience, and renewal

Each session has a unique mood, story, and creative intention.

 

4. What is included in the session fee?

 

Your session includes:

  • Canvas, paints, brushes, and art materials

  • Guided painting instruction

  • Use of studio space and tools

  • Curated ambiance and music

  • One round of drink + Snacks (depending on package)

 

5. How long is each session?

 

Each session runs for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, allowing enough time for warm-up, painting, and reflection.

 

6. What should I wear?

 

We recommend comfortable clothing. Aprons are provided, but paint stains may still occur, so please avoid wearing delicate fabrics.

 

7. Can I book a private or group session?

 

Yes.
Studio Sakura accepts:

  • Private sessions

  • Group bookings

  • Corporate or team-building events

  • Birthday or intimate celebrations

8. Are children allowed?

 

Children are welcome for designated sessions only and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please check age guidelines when booking.

 

9. What is your booking and payment policy?

  • Advance reservation is required

  • Full payment or down payment may be required to secure your slot

  • Walk-ins are subject to availability

10. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability

 

11. Can I take my artwork home?

 

Yes.
Your finished artwork is yours to take home at the end of the session as a personal keepsake of your experience.

 

12. Is food or outside drinks allowed?

 

Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, unless prior approval has been given for private events.

 

13. Is alcohol served?

 

Alcohol may be served depending on the session and guest eligibility. Please drink responsibly. Studio Sakura reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.
